Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you believe content on gamehux.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice to [email protected] that includes:
A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf, identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the material you claim is infringing, including its URL on our Site, your contact information (name, address, phone number, and email), a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law, and a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Our Response
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material in accordance with the DMCA.
Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same email address with information identifying the removed material and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
Images and Media
Game screenshots, key art, and promotional images used on GameHux are sourced from official publisher and developer press materials, official storefronts, or properly licensed stock imagery, and are used for editorial and identification purposes. If you are a rights holder and believe an image has been used improperly, please contact us using the process above.
